No handicap certificate is required at the Resort course, so it’s a great place to introduce new players to the wonderful sport of golf. Higher handicappers will also appreciate the wide fairways and shorter holes.
Penina Resort Course Signature Hole
The signature hole at the Resort Course is the third hole. A tricky Par-3 over a lake looks particularly inviting from the tee box. However, leave it short, and you’ll end up in the water.
The fifth hole is also worthy of note. It’s a 546-yard par-5, with a long wide fairway that’s typical of many of the holes at the Penina courses. An elevated green awaits you after three well-placed shots. A Par or even a birdie is very achievable here for mid-handicap golfers.
